Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of Inclusive Workforce Solutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

Inclusive Workforce Solutions provides employment support services for ODSP participants, including but not limited to:

Interview preparation and support
Skills assessment and coaching plans
On-the-job coaching with progress reporting
Workplace accommodation consultation

Eligibility

Our services are designed for individuals registered with the Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP) and Ontario Employment Service Providers. Eligibility for specific programs will be determined through our assessment process.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information during assessments
Attend scheduled coaching sessions and training appointments
Actively participate in your personalized coaching plan
Communicate any changes in your circumstances or needs
Respect the confidentiality of other program participants
Follow workplace policies when receiving on-the-job coaching

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify clients of significant changes that may affect their participation.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Repeated missed appointments without notice may result in suspension of services.

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality standards as outlined in our Confidentiality Statement. Information will only be shared with your consent or as required by law.

Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide high-quality employment support services, we cannot guarantee specific employment outcomes. Our services are designed to support and enhance your job search and workplace success, but ultimate employment decisions rest with employers.

Complaints and Disputes

If you have concerns about our services, please contact us directly. We are committed to resolving issues promptly and fairly. If a resolution cannot be reached, you may escalate concerns to the appropriate oversight body.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
